Invest Ottawa and Algonquin College are partnering to create a strategic alliance with industry partners to promote the Life Sciences sector in Eastern Ontario.

As part of this broad initiative, we would like to invite you to join us for a Breakfast Session on Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 8:00 to 10:00am to learn more about Algonquin College’s Internationally-Trained Biotechnology Professionals Program.

Please join us to:
Learn how you can access a pool of 24 competent, internationally-educated professionals with extensive past experience and expertise, equipped to “hit the ground running” in Canadian workplaces;
Discover opportunities to support the program through providing work placements, becoming a mentor, advising on course curriculum, or being a guest speaker in the classroom;
Capitalize on the benefits of exploring a broad talent base and build diversity in your workplace;
Begin a dialogue with Life Sciences industry leaders around your current needs generally, and in biotechnology specifically;
Find out more about how Invest Ottawa is working with business to advance this key sector in Eastern Ontario.

The free breakfast event will take place at the Centurion Conference and Event Centre at 170 Colonnade Road South.
